The FL 400 3D is built to guarantee the maximum degree of precision, quality and productivity in the laser cutting of tubes with diameters of 40 to 406 mm.
The machine enables tubes with a maximum length of 14000 mm to be machined, which can be loaded from a bundle or a chain, offering limitless machining solutions, owing to the use of linear motors on 5 work axes, and to a 3D cutting head.
The machine’s design comprises four mandrels, which move independently; while the machine is cutting a workpiece, a new tube can be loaded or the previous can be unloaded: this means that loading and unloading operations do not have an impact on cutting times. The system is equipped with a 4 W resonator.
